Shipping policy

At Ti Culture we understand the importance of hassle-free shipping and are able to offer a range of trusted shipping options that meet the criteria of your order.

Our aim with shipping is to ensure a quick yet affordable solution for all international shipments.

All orders receive a tracking number within 48-72 hours of purchase with the processing of orders usually within 24-48 hours if not sooner. All shipping orders are insured and tracked giving peace of mind. 

US and Canada orders will take 7-15 business days to arrive.Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 business days. In the future we will list the approximate time needed to get to each country.

Orders placed before 1 pm Monday through Friday will typically ship the same day. For orders placed over the weekend, Ti Culture will typically ship the next business day.

All orders over $35.00 USD will receive complimentary free standard shipping. This will be applied automatically at checkout.
